World Class Rug Cleaning

Once your rug is in our possession. We will carefully do an hands-on-rug inspection. This discovery is done in our controlled inspection room under extremely brilliant lighting.  This will occur before any dusting or cleaning is performed.

The front, back & sides will be photo documented & extra pics will be taken of the pre-existing conditions. 

We check for rips, tares, burns, color migration, loose fibers, and moth damage.

Then we will let you know exactly what you can expect for results & give you an recommendations for repairs or special work. 

At this point we will give you a firm written price & guarantee what to expect for the results with a "you don't pay us a dime unless you are thrilled guarantee".

The second step of our rug cleaning process is our three step dusting phase. 

We start by pre-vacuuming your rug to remove all surface hair, dander, lint & other insoluble dry soil. 

Then we determine if your rug can handle our second phase. 

If possible, we turn your rug upside down, place it on our dusting grids & run our special dusting system over the back your rug. This gently taps your rug 40k times a minute. Vibrating out all the deep down hidden dry, abrasive & damaging soil/dirt, including pet urine salts, out of your rug. 

Now comes our third dusting phase. We use compressed air to blow out as much fine damaging dirt as possible. Our air dusting system is great for delicate rugs. We want to start with a clean palate before the submersion wash. No one likes a mud bath!

Our preferred rug cleaning method is full submersion washing. Although, we are not limited. We have all kinds of rug cleaning methods available. Including dry cleaning for super fine textiles. 

Based on your rugs fiber content and situtions at hand. We mix up a positive cleaning solution to achieve phenomenal results. Don't be worried. Our rug cleaning solutions are safe for kids, pets and are WoolSafe approved.

Your rug is now placed in our wash pit and the fun begins. We wash, then scrub the front and back of your rug. We also squeeze the solution through the inner core which cleans the hidden knots with weighted roller. 

This is where a strong chemisty background defines brillant results. We take our time and let the science take over. Marrying the correct chemistry not only makes the dyes in your rug shine. It creates covalent bonds. Which keeps your rug cleaner over a longer period of time.

Once your rug is washed front, back and inner core. It's time to throughly rinse it out. 

We start by flushing clean water through your rug. Next we paddle it off and roll it up. It's lifted into our rug centrifuge. 

This step is like your spin cycle on your washing machine! Instead it's for rugs! We start to spin and rinse it out. We stop the rinsing process once the water being extracted out appears crystal clean. 

Now, it's time to turn up the power on the spinning process. The remaining water becomes a highway to remove any left over contaminants. Your rug is spun until no water is coming out. This achieves fast dry times.   

After the cleaning and rinsing. There's no guessing if its clean.   

Now we remove your rug from the centrifuge and place it on our dry table. Here we will do a post inspection to discover any remaining colored spots. 

Most of the rugs that come in for cleaning may have some sort of colored spot or stain on it. We do understand you want to have a clean rug with no blimishes. 

We do offer a light color restoration service on each rug washed for free. If the damage is more than light. We will have a discussion with you about our full color restoration service. 

The post detailing and color correction always takes the longest time. We only use safiest methods to correct spots and/or stains. Mother nature is never in a hurry. Patience is the key for this process. 

Grooming is the step that most cleaners never really spend any time on. In many cases. We see it has been skipped completely. 

Silk and viscose rugs need precise grooming. This process, if done right, can take hours to complete. 

Now that your rug is dry. We check for sprouts and/or fuzziness to the pile face. We have the option to professionally shear those off your rug. Don't worry, we only remove just the very tips off for a crisp, finished look! 

For rugs that need more than just a snip. We will have a discussion with you about this extra service. Rugs that may benefit from this would be sun faded rugs.

We do have wool and silk fiberconditioner for rugs that are extra dry or brittle.
